He is survived by: his mother Cathlyn Borne Tregre; his brothers, Steven "Dukey" (Amy), Kevin "Coosie" and Glenn "Buddie" (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Glenn Jr. (Christie), Laura, Steven Jr. (Hope), Katie (Ryan), Shana, Taylor, Tyler and Lucas; and his goddaughters, Katie Forsythe and Tabitha Tregre.
