It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rusty Payne of Rayville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Payne and Dolly Payne; and his siblings, James Payne, Calvin Payne and Joan Lopez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Payne (Shelia), Claude Payne (Bonnie), Carolyn Herman, Jane Tarver, June Payne and Shelby Brock (Richard). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
