He is survived by: his children, Kathy Crumby of Swartz, Roger "Buddy" Ivy, Jr. of Rayville and William Ivy (Sarah) of Holly Ridge; his grandchildren, Jon Crumby, Kayla Crumby, Tyler Ivy, Skylar Ivy and Mea Ivy; his great grandchildren, Allan Crumby, Adrean Crumby, Trinity Baer, Alannah Cassels and Maverick Ivy; and his brothers, Clarence Ivy and Douglas Ivy (Vicky).
