It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtis Shelley of Rayville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Williamson and Linnie Williamson; her husband Tex D. Shelley Sr.; her sons, Tex D. Shelley Jr. and Edward Shelley; her sisters, Ruth Hatfield and Frances McCullough; her daughter Lisa Colson; her grandchildren, Anthony, Theresa, Jessie and Bethany; and her great grandchildren, Seth, Zoe, Josaiah, Kiera Beth, Johnathan, Luke, Elijah and Ilana Marjorie.
