She is survived by: her children, Fay Guidry of Rayne, James Guidry (Sherri Arcement) of Lafayette and Charles (Debbie Guidry); her siblings, Isamu Okouchi of Yokohoma, Japan, Riyoko Ishii of Tokyo and Tomiko Okouchi of Yokohama, Japan; her brother-in-law Gardiner Thomas of Annaco; her grandchildren, Chris Guidry (Kelsey Busby), Elizabeth Guidry, Brittany Guidry (Brenan Stuart), Brandon (Amy Guidry) and Michael Richard; her great grandchildren, Lana, Daxton, Daygen, Jayden, Jericho, Colton, Gracie and Ayla; and her stepdaughters, Pauline (Don Etter) of Superior, NB, Lucile Larkin of Patchogue, NY and Betty Jean Toney of Jacksonville, FL..
