It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Gautreaux Domingue of Rayne, Louisiana, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Domingue, Sr.; her parents, Valentine Gautreaux and Eunice Trahan Gautreaux; and her siblings, Dave Gautreaux, Weston Gautreaux, Ruth Skipper, Laura Short, Ruby Cormier, Exaulta Gautreaux, Verna Gautreaux and Hazel Cormier.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Domingue Delhomme of Rayne, Jeanette Domingue Arceneaux (Tony Richard) of Duson, Ernest E. J. and Domingue, Jr. (Teresa Domingue) of Rayne; her grandchildren, Cherie Castille (Dustin Trahan), Christopher Castille (Jennifer), Trey Bowers (Victoria Acosta), Laney Meaux (Garrett Meaux), Elizabeth Deleon and Jacquelyn Deleon of Jennifer Deleon, B. J; her great grandchildren, Asiah, Jaxson, Jackson, Emilie, Elizabeth, Duke, Javen, Ayla, Jhettson, Harper, Avery and Logan; and her sisters, Anna-Mae Simoneaux of Rayne and Anna Benoit (Leo Benoit) of Cleveland, TX..
