He was predeceased by: his sons, Javier Senegal and Timothy Cormier; his grandson Rapheal Cormier; and his parents, Dorris Julian and Lucille S. Julian.
He is survived by: his children, Annette (Orlando Mitchell) of Lafayette, Barbara (Nicholas Celestine) of Lafayette, Merlyne (Charles Burton) of Houston, TX, Norris M. Julian, Jr. (Brandie) of Rayne and Steve (Vickie Cormier) of Rayne; and his sister Loretta Sinegal of Rayne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchildren.
