He is survived by: his wife Becky Burnett of Rayne; his son Dr. Clayton Burnett (Savannah) of Lake Charles; his mother Ann Mouton of Rayne; his siblings, Sheri Mouton of Colorado, Stace Simon (Paul) of Rayne, Shannon Mouton of False River and Shad Mouton of Rayne; his grandchildren, Vivienne and Liam Burnett; and his godchildren, Matthew Rourke, Hailei Simon and Brandon Dupont.
