It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Estelle Zaunbrecher Wyatt of Rayne, Louisiana, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin "Coy" Wyatt; her son-in-law Peter Lawrence Trahan; her parents, Lawrence Henry Zaunbrecher and Marie Regina Bollich Zaunbrecher; and her siblings, Glenn William Zaunbrecher, Sr., Alfred Lawrence Zaunbrecher, Sr., Norma Zaunbrecher Prevost (Harold Prevost) and Janelle Zaunbrecher Bourque.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Wyatt Trahan of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Allison Trahan Saltzman (Kevin Paul Saltzman) of Crowley and Christopher Edwin Trahan (Sarah Godfrey Trahan) of Baton Rouge; her great grandchildren, Eli Peter Saltzman, JonLuc Kendall Saltzman, Peter Glenn Trahan and Ellen "Ellie" Estelle Trahan; her sisters, Irene Zaunbrecher Fields (Larry Fields) of Moss Bluff and Lois Zaunbrecher Harpole (John Harpole) of Baton Rouge; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Pharr Zaunbrecher of Rayne and Marceline Comeaux Zaunbrecher of Rayne. She is also survived by thirty-seven nieces and nephews.
