He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Gipson Brown and Sylvia Marie Bergeron Brown; his grandparents, Robert Gipson, Annie Bell Brown, Edward and Mathilde Bergeron; and his friend Stewart Blue.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lindsey Brown, Casey Curtis (JT) and Kelsey Caswell (Bren); his grandchildren, Tiffany Trahan, Kaydon Trahan, Addisyn Trahan, Jack Hunt, Dane Curtis, Wes Curtis, Effi-Anna Caswell and Josie-Beth Caswell; his sister Janet Brown; his aunt Betty Ann Higginbotham (George) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; his uncle Robert Brown, Jr. (Toni) of Houlka, Mississippi; and his goddaughter Angela Doucet Mickles. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
