He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Lewis and David Lewis; his son Kavon Lewis; and his siblings, David Sr., Alvin, Larry Lewis, Hazel Lewis, Gloria Jones, Annie Bell George, Yvonne McCant, Patricia Lewis and Annette Fusilier.
He is survived by: his children, Neil Lewis, Micheal Reeves and Reneisha Lewis; and his siblings, Lionel, Eric (Cynthia), Kenny Lewis (Bridget), Barbara and Angela Lewis (Andrea). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
