He is survived by: his parents, Charles Lynn Neal and Mary Margarette Carter Neal; his wife Denise Salmon Neal; his children, Garret Neal (Shaylee), Richard Stanley Neal, Ethan Neal, Brooke Neal, Juliana Bertucci, Neaveah Cotten, Kacie Salmon and Tiffany Cotten; his brother Charles Neal (Britton); his grandchildren, Levi Cash Neal, Kayleb Bertucci, Kameryn Cotten, Ja'Haven Cotten and Kailer Cotten; his nieces and nephews, Wyatt Neal, Cooper Neal, Jenna Neal and Audrey Neal; and his parents-in-law, James Salmon and Edwina Salmon.
