He is survived by: his children, Michelle Vilardo, Stacy V. Gainey (Richie) and Samuel Vilardo II; his sister Sandra Trege (David); his grandchildren, Brett Rosa (Lindsey), Alan Gainey, McKenzie Gainey, Marena Rosa, Jade Vilardo, Jenna Vilardo and Anthony Vilardo; and his great grandchild Amelia Rosa.
