He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Culler and Wayne Culler. He is survived by: his wife Melody H. Culler; his children, J. Derek Culler, Crystal Izquierdo and Dennis Culler; his brothers, Daniel Culler (Trudy) and Richard Culler (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Donie Williams and Denise Harris. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
