Blanchard, Sr.; her nephew Keith Barrett; her brother-in-law Lionel "Joe" Barrett; and her grandson-in-law Stephen Robertson.
She is survived by: her sister June Corbin Barrett; her son Jerry C. Blanchard (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Blanchard Windham (Ryan), Candace Blanchard Vallery (Sean), Samantha Blanchard Henriques (Codie), Robert V. Blanchard, Jr. (Katherine Dyan), Chalacy Blanchard Robertson and Becky Blanchard Fritchie (Luke); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Cade and Evangeline "Evie" Windham; her grandchildren, Caroline, Cole, Scarlett Vallery, Trey, Kay Kay Blanchard, Alice, C. C. Robertson and Cohen Fritchie; her great great grandchild Stephen Robertson; her niece Kim Barrett Justice (Buddy); her niece-in-law Kari Barrett; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kevin Justice, Emily, Evan Barrett and Tiffany Barrett Van Meter.
