She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive parent Thomas (Marie Raiford); her daughters, Deborah Gwen Jones (Bobby), Pamela Kay Short (Gary) and Martha Himel Cooper (George Allen Cooper, Jr.); her sister Levet; her pet Moppett; her husband George Allen Cooper Sr.; her son George Allen Cooper Jr.; her mothers, Ruby Brown and Marie Raiford; and her brother Linton "Bud" Brown. She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
