He was predeceased by: his son Gary Samuel Francis; and his parents, Rose Petrossi and Milton J. Francis, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Farriel Francis; his brother Milton J. Francis, Jr. (Glo); and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Morrissey and Lindy McKinney (Roger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
