She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas A. "Tommy" Bernabe, Sr.; and her parents, Martha Elizabeth Boheim and Clifford Champagne, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Thomas A. "Tab" Bernabe, Jr. (Donna) and Karen Bernabe Lewis (Tony); her grandchildren, Ashley Elizabeth Lewis, Brittany Lynn Marie Bernabe and Tyler Joe Lewis (Jaelyn); and her great grandchildren, Brody James Lewis and Benjamin Tyler Lewis.
