She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neal and Beatrice Payne Neal; and her siblings, Alice Anthony, Merlin Neal and Louisa Mulkey.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Dick" Strahan; her sons, Troy Ray Strahan (Brynn), Wade Strahan (Gayla) and Dickie Strahan (Dorcas); her stepsons, Curtis Strahan and Darryl Strahan; her siblings, Nettie Wheat, Cynthia McMorris, Geneva Caulking and Donald Neal; and her grandchildren, Breanna Strahan, Cody Strahan, Peyton Strahan, Gabby Strahan, Hayden Strahan and Parker Strahan.
