It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis William Wood of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Martin Wood; his stepfather Milton James Portier Sr.; and his siblings, Betty Sue, Milton James "Buggie" Portier Jr., James Edward Wood, Billy Joe Wood, Clay Wood and Daniel Wood.

He is survived by: his mother Annie Mae Portier; and his siblings, Patricia Vining, Annie Wood and Joseph Portier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
