He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Rex" Rogers, Jr. (Judy) and William G. Rogers (Kim); his brothers, Fred Rogers and Lloyd Rogers; and his caregiver Mary Leon. He is also survived by daughter, and Robin Ernst (Jeff); 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
