He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Blackwell; his son Charles Malcolm Blackwell (Gisele A. Vermette); his stepchildren, Richard Bailey, Vallie Carney and Theresa Russell; his sister Charlene B. Blair; his grandchildren, Chris, Brandon and Ashley Poillion; and his great grandchildren, Cade Poillion and Ava Poillion.
