He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Lorraine Johnson and Bert Barney Johnson; his brothers, Larry Johnson, David Johnson and Doug Johnson; and his nephew Richard "Rich" Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sam" Johnson; his children, Ian-Bradley Johnson (Mallory Bundy Johnson), Amelia-Kate Johnson Gore (Matthew Gore) and Clairanne Johnson; and his granddaughter Maxine Ellen Gore.
