She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Andrew Dominique; her parents, Henry Eugene Cunningham Jr. and Rose Hoover Cunningham; her brother Henry Eugene "Gene" Cunningham III; and her sister-in-law Pat Cunningham.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Dannette Stilley (Michael), Kathleen Muntz (Steven Cunningham), Lori D. Ainsworth (Scott), Lisa D. Ross, Henry Cunningham IV and JD Deutchmann (Cathy). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
