He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Scott. He is survived by: his parents, Julius Fred and Elsa Eula Warnock Scott; and his brother Stephen E Scott, Sr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.

In addition to his business, he served helping others as licensed auctioneer for numerous community, church, and civic charity auctions.
