Alice Rabalais Galland Obituary

Funeral services for Alice Rabalais Galland of Plaucheville will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 beginning at 10:30am at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church of Plaucheville with Fr. Charles Morgan officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2013 beginning at 5pm until 10pm at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport.

Burial will be at the Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in Plaucheville. Alice R. Galland, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at her home in Plaucheville. She was an avid gardener and she loved to shop. She was preceded in death by her husband Terry Galland, her parents Granville, Sr. Kelly Rabalais, and her sister Florence Rabalais.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Donna Rabalais of Plaucheville three sons David Galland, Paul Galland, and Colby Galland all of Plaucheville and two granddaughters, Hailey Rabalais Kelcie Rabalais both of Plaucheville. She is also survived by two brothers, Bernie Rabalais of Plaucheville and Granville Rabalais, Jr. of Slidell three sisters, Myrna Lucas of Grand Rapids, MI, Marguerite Ortego of Plaucheville, Theresa Rose Knot of Plaucheville.
