It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Vernon Malone (Plain Dealing, Louisiana), who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Wesley and Maxine Lucille Long Malone; his son Steve Malone, Jr.; his grandson Gauge Alan Malone; and his siblings, Mary Alice Sparkman, Joyce Easley and Dwight Malone.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Malone of Plain Dealing, LA; his son Bradley Alan Malone (Shanna) of Plain Dealing, LA; his brothers, Daniel Malone, Sr. (Nelda) of Plain Dealing, LA and Hershel Malone, Sr. (Cynthia) of Plain Dealing; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mason (Angela) and Ethan Farrington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
