He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Paysinger and Roberta Means Paysinger; his children, James Williams (Phyllis), Thurmon Paysinger, Jr. and Carolyn Paysinger; and his siblings, John Paysinger, Artemease Williams, Dureatha Sterling and Sadie Davis.
He is survived by: his aunt Minnie; his uncle Harry Robinson; his wife Hazel Dean Williams; his children, Dianne Paysinger, Juanita Paysinger, Tyrone Paysinger (Josette) and Sharon Paysinger of Plain Dealing; his friends, Eddie Walker, Brad Decker, Jerry Buffin, Steven and Kenny Stuman; his siblings, Cal Bennett and Carter Paysinger of Los Angeles, CA; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Paysinger, Kendrick Paysinger, Brandon Noble, MaSharon Noble, Garvier Broom (Billy), Gavin Paysinger, Whitney Williams, Nicolette Williams and Javien Nelson. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
