It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Anthony Lambert of Paulina, Louisiana, born in Convent, Louisiana, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elia Melancon Lambert and Roman Lambert, Sr.; and his mother-in-law Stella. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Roper Lambert; his children, Daniel Lambert (Wade), Annette Poche (Marty), Mindy Matherne (Scott), Rachael Amato (Walt) and Angela Laiche (Casey); his grandchildren, Brittany Fontenot (Cade), Todd Lambert (Hannah), Kaitlyn St. Pierre (Bryson), Jess Lambert (Alexandra), Coy Amato (Amanda), Cain Lambert, Cameron Amato (Kami) and Peyton Laiche; his great grandchildren, Ally, Cullen Fontenot, Samuel, Caroline Lambert and Dierks St. Pierre; his father-in-law Alfred Roper, Sr.; and his siblings, Kenneth Lambert, Herman Lambert, Roman Lambert, Jr., Catherine LeBourgeois, Shirly Dantzler and Walter Lambert. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
