Bernice Bourgeois Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 94, Bernice Bourgeois of Paulina, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernice Bourgeois to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Chester J. Bourgeois; her grandson Baby Ross Becnel; her parents, Thomas Poche' and Lima Poche'; and her siblings, Robert Poche', Marguerite Chabaud, Ruby Ordeneaux, Harold Poche', Paul Poche' and Wilmer Poche.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Huguet (Gil), Donald Bourgeois (Juanita), Cheryl Creel (Philip), Jane Pertuis (Barry), Randy Bourgeois (Carrie Lynn), Kerry Bourgeois (Kathy) and Christine Becnel (Myron); and her siblings, Marie Kliebert, Geraldine Bienvenu, Janet Cantillo, Carol Amato, Wayne Poche' and Charles Poche. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Catholic Church in East St. James Parish Building Fund.
