We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, Ruth Toms Milam of Natchitoches, Louisiana, born in Springhill, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grady Toms and Mary Phadra Morgan Toms; and her husband Bill Milam. She is survived by: her children, Taryn Stephanie Miles (John) of Bossier City and Stephen Ray Milam (Ann) of Minden; her grandchildren, John Wesley Colwell (Leslie), Christopher Kyle Colwell (Melodie), Ashley Paige Beck and Stephen Cody Milam; and her stepgrandchildren, Kealey Barnes, Lindsey Miles, Lou Ann Hicks, Bridget Bushnell and Chad Nelson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
