He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Mae O'Con and Jeff Joseph Davis; his siblings, John Alvin "Jack" Davis and Faye Davis Gray; and his former wife Gloria Jean Tidwell Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer Davis Martin (Joe) and James Tony Davis (Amy); his stepchildren, Lisa Scaife, Timothy Scaife (Rhonda) and Jeffrey Scaife (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jake, Drew, Ali, Jackson, Eva Jean, Megan (Jonathan), T. Austin, Mikayla, Gavin, Anna and Maddie; and his siblings, Edwina Ferer-Westrop (Richard) and Jeff "Duke" Davis (Pam).
