She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewis and Eva S. Lewis; her son Randy Converse; her grandson Keith Douglas; and her siblings, Lois Sims, Myrtle Morris, Eula Mae Lewis, Clarence Sims, Louis Robinson, Loris Lewis, Wash Williams and Ernest Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Alverez Converse, Terrie Blackmon, Rhonda Douglas (Keith), Kamala Converse (Deni) and Kia Convers; and her brothers, Leroy Lewis (Ernestine) and Paul Lewis (Doris). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
