He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd McIntyre Sr. and Thelma Rogers McIntyre; his daughter Pamela McIntyre; his former wife Carol McIntyre Arthur; and his siblings, Floyd McIntyre Jr., Ted McIntyre, James McIntyre, Jerry McIntyre, Wanda Berry, Bonnie Thiac, Carman Yost and Joyce Beadle.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack W. McIntyre (Denise), Michael D. McIntyre (Janice), Phillip E. McIntyre (Stacey), Kenneth R. McIntyre (Tina) and Steven M. McIntyre (Ashley). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
