He was predeceased by: his wife Penny Hester; his parents, Cliff Hester and Lucy Hester; and his sisters, Margie Longoria, Georgia Vowell and Angelene Havens.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earnest Hester of Merryville, LA and Christine Longoria of Merryville, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
