She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Joe Cloar; her sons, John Carl Cloar and Thomas Martin Cloar; her parents, Jake Smith and Winnie Smith; and her sisters, Margie Henson and Sherry Turnbow.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Griselda Cloar; and her nieces, Paula Benefiel of Marshall County, KY and Diane Green of Marshall County, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
