Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Homer Bennett Thomas Jr. of Merryville, Louisiana, born in Orange, Texas, who passed away at the age of 69, on July 22, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bennett Thomas, Sr. and Margaret Thomas (Poland); and his sister Doris "Dot" Sims. He is survived by: his children, Taffy Doty (Dusty) of Mineral Wells, TX and Kandi Thomas (Phillip Brent) of Lumberton, TX; his grandchildren, Evyn Doty, Autumn Doty and Jack Doty; and his sisters, Margaret "Sis" Mazzola of Merryville, LA and Anita Langhorne of Leesville, LA. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
Because of the risks of Covid-19, the family will be conducting a private service.
