He was predeceased by: his wife Dianna Camiola Hebert; his grandson Jonathon Theriot; and his parents, Frederick Hebert Sr. and Dorothy Delatte Hebert. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Theriot (Mickie) and Dawn LeBlanc (Jason); his grandchildren, Landon Callahan, Angel Theriot, Morgan Theriot, Travis LeBlanc, Lexie LeBlanc and Bailey LeBlanc; his siblings, Faye Sullivan (Gary) and Warren Hebert (Sheila); and his close friend Jenell Moreau.
