He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Winfree Tatum and Pierre Tanner Tatum; his daughter-in-law Diane Tatum; his grandmother Bula Boyd Winfree; and his pet Lucky.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Terry and John; and his grandson Jonathan.
The family suggests that donations in his name be made to Alzheimer's Texas, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or your favorite charity.
