He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Broussard and Marjorie Broussard; and his siblings, Donald Broussard and Sharon Gonzales. He is survived by: his wife Christine Sampson Broussard; and his son Ben J. Broussard (Nathalie Nord). He is also survived by (sister in-law), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
