He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wooley and Myrtle Wooley; his brothers, Teal Wooley, Wilbur Wooley and Cortez Wooley; and his significant other Nadine Wooley.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Merritt (Lavan), Dean Wooley (Janet), Donnie Wooley (Cheryl) and David Wooley (Stacy); his grandmother Theresa Lewis; and his grandchildren, Dr. Jason Merritt (Christy), Jami Chavez (Jay), Justin Merritt (Mary), Joel Wooley (Amber), Matthew Wooley, Meghan Evans (Gary), Dr. Dana Botsko (George), Cody Wooley, Zac Wooley (Kaci), Bobbie Lewing, Jennifer Tarpley (Grant), Duncan Craft (Laura Ann), Will Fathree (Sara), Tabitha Chamberlin (Cade), Jana Gould (Calin) and Laura Fredieu (Wesley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
