She was predeceased by: her parents, L. R. Chance and Elsie Koonce Chance; and her sister Shirley Chance Dodson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Green of Hornbeck, LA; her children, Sharon Diane Green of Anacoco, LA, Beverly Dawn Frederick (Branan) of Burkeville, TX and David Garvis Green of Hornbeck, LA; her grandchildren, Michael, Chase and Jade Frederick; and her siblings, Mavis Funderburk (Donald) of Florien, LA and Donald Chance of Ragley, LA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to The Alzheimer Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
