He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Fiveash, Sr. and Lillian Irene Fiveash. He is survived by: his wife Myra Fiveash (Edwards); his children, Laura Fiveash and Nathan Fiveash; and his siblings, Randy Fiveash, Karen Callaway, Kathie Deen and Ann Marie Mills. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
