It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Don Gregory Stein of Madisonville, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Michael Stein, Sr. and Marjorie Pelloat Stein; his brother Irvin "Mickey" Stein, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, James Graham and Carlos Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Stein; his daughters, Dionne Stein Thigpen (Greg), Ashley Stein Jakins (Bo) and Stephanie Stein Blow (Scotty); his grandchildren, Meghan (Jason), Taylor, Brooke, Braydon and Barron; his great grandchild Rhett; his siblings, Diane Graham, Faith Cooper, Joe Stein and David Stein; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Stein, Susie Stein and Claudia Stein.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend services.
