She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Settle; her parents, Alton Raby, Sr. and Agnes Novella Tanet Raby; her sibling Alton Raby, Jr. (Sylvia); her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Settle, Ernest Settle (Ellen), Sue Stallman (late John Stallman) and Jim Settle (Carol); her children, Cherie Settle and Christoher Settle (Michelle); and her grandchild Hunter Settle. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
