She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm T. Stein, Sr. and Stella Policar Stein; her siblings, Connie Stein Davis and Malcolm T. Stein, Jr.; her sister-in-law Neva Chustz Stein; and her great-nephew Shawn Lee (LouAnn).
She is survived by: her niece Donna Stein Lee (Elmer); her nephew Malcolm T. Stein, III (Jodi); her great-nephews, Michael Lee, Sr. (Dana), Chad Lee (Meagan), Malcolm T. Stein, IV (Leeza) and Justin P. Stein; her great-niece Alexandra L. Stein; and also, Michael Lee, Jr., Shawn Lee, Jr., Amber Lee, Karla Lee, Kaitlyn Lee and Piper Lee.
