He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Thomas and Emma Herrin Harrell; his siblings, Odell Babb and Gene Harrell; and his granddaughter Kathryn Paige Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Harrell; his daughters, Debbie Johnson (George) and Cathy Harrell Bailey; and his grandsons, Shane Johnson, Chad Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Jeremy Bailey and Cody Bailey.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Lecompte at Post Office Box 1070, Lecompte, LA 71346; or to a charity of ones choice.
