He is survived by: his wife Patricia Vicknair Carter; his son Scott David Carter; his sisters, Sandra Carter Acaldo and Maria Rose Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Acaldo Jr., Bruce Jr., Keith Carter, Crystal Louque, Dawn Yates, Evelyn Nobile, Kim Fetters, Patricia Carnaggio, Kelly Cantu, Tiffany Louque, Steffanie Voilon and Elizabeth Bertrand.
