He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Lee Myers; and his parents, Herman Sam Myers, Jr. and Opel Myers (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Myers (Ikerd) of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his daughter Angela Dianne Cooley of Vidor, Texas; his grandchildren, Kimberly Lauren Tyler of Orange, Texas and David Ryan Cooley of Mauriceville, Texas; and his sister Brenda Carol Stanley of Augusta, Georgia.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
