He is survived by: his wife Gwen Chappell of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his son Andy; his daughter-in-law Megan Chappell of Epps, Louisiana; his daughter Lindsey; his son-in-law Ricky McMullen of Monroe, Louisiana; his daughter LeAnn; his children-in-law, Justin Rawls of West Monroe, Louisiana, Ben Fortenberry of Lake Providence, Louisiana, Zach Hooper of Lake Providence, Louisiana and Hardy Arledge of Transylvania, Louisiana; his sister-in-law Pam Chappell of Downsville; and also, Angie, Abby and Emily. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
